These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Synergos platform and services operated by JD Equities LLC ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using gosynergos.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Synergos is a revenue intelligence platform for local service businesses. We provide AI-powered search visibility analysis, keyword revenue tracking, competitive intelligence, content generation, ad campaign management, and growth planning. The Service is available in tiered subscription plans (Rookie, Pro, and All Pro) with varying features and capabilities.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your business to these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

• Free Trial: New accounts may receive a 7-day free trial. At trial end, you must subscribe to continue accessing the Service.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may be updated with 30 days notice.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time.
• Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without written consent
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it
• Use the Service to generate spam, misleading content, or fraudulent advertising

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, analytics methodologies, and branding, is owned by JD Equities LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business purposes.

Content generated by the Service (ad copy, content briefs, reports) is licensed to you for your business use. You retain ownership of your business data that you provide to the Service.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content, analysis, and recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing or using it in advertising campaigns. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, search rankings, or revenue results.

7. Advertising Campaign Management

For Pro and All Pro tier subscribers, the Service may create and manage advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms on your behalf. By authorizing campaign creation:

• You grant us permission to create, modify, and manage campaigns in your connected advertising accounts
• You are responsible for all advertising spend incurred on your accounts
• We do not guarantee advertising performance or return on ad spend
• You must comply with each advertising platform's policies and terms

8. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JD EQUITIES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JD Equities LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
