Business Data: We collect and analyze publicly available data related to your business, including search engine rankings, keyword performance, competitor information, and online visibility metrics.

Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and session duration.

Communications: If you contact us or use our AI-powered intake assistant, we retain conversation logs to improve our service.

Your data is stored on Supabase (hosted on AWS) with row-level security policies. We use encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and implement industry-standard security measures. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service Providers: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), and AI providers listed above — strictly to operate the Service
• Advertising Platforms: Google Ads and Meta only when you explicitly authorize campaign creation
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or legal process
